Based on the new template -- Primary_Events -- a page created so that widgets in the right column would come first and the events would fall second.

Copy an existing Template, basepage, configuration set, data definition, metadatasets and content type.Then to get the new item to show in the list for user's copy the current Asset Factory. Create the new one's with consistent naming and behavior that ties the pieces together
